My product arrived broken

My shaver arrived broken and the automated system which is basically the only way to contact them keeps telling me that they cant find my order information. I keep replying and I keep getting the same automated message in response. Either someone gets in touch with me with an actual resolution or my credit card will refund my money for me.

I tried to have a conversation with an agent of the company. Before they would talk to me on what seemed a very sketchy arrangement.

I told them I was not going to give my credit card before I talk to someone and order new blades without getting into some kind of subscription arrangement. After two people reached out to me but required that I provide a credit card, I refused to go further because it just did not seem right.

I purchased a razor for my husband as a Christmas gift. He did not want to keep it.

If you go to freebirds website to process a return you have to fill out a contact me request and someone is supposed to be in touch to provide the return address. I have tried to get someone to contact me 4x now with no success
